The village's two draws are Artpark, a riverside park with an outdoor amphitheatre hosting concerts and festivals from May through September, and jet-boat trips that run the open rapids of the lower Niagara River, generally April to October and weather-dependent like every boat tour in the area.
For a free hike, Whirlpool State Park and Devil's Hole State Park sit just south along the gorge rim. Old Fort Niagara and Youngstown are further downstream and not covered here. Expect USD pricing on this side of the border.
